Summary:

The revelation of devious schemes begins one night when Clara discovers her manager at the bank has been looting Cecile’s charitable contributions. Opinion:

If one was to pick up The Disappearance without knowing its a sequel to The Obsession and start reading it, then the reader will get lost, which is sort of what happened to me. There's not really build up of background in first chapter, and there's more confusion than anything else.

I'm sorry but I don't think I'll continue to reading this book
