Personal Opinion:
As odd as it sounds, I've never been a fan of knitting or loom knitting. By an odd coincidence I won this book last year, hopefully in time for 2016. Saying that, from a complete newbie's and perspective's view who never picked up knitting needles in her life, the good news is that she does go into a great amount of details about various knits, fabrics, and so forth that a newbie can and should know. Also, I loved the pictures and for those who have babies and toddlers, the projects are very darling and cute and are bound to make the reader smile. Bad news is that the projects aren't classified as I'd like them to be. That is, there is no section that has projects for newbies starting out and to gain confidence in themselves and the skills, which disappointed me because when I was looking at the projects, thinking oh they might be good for the future, but they all looked too complex for me to try.
