Personal Opinion:

My first question: does Dr. Len Kravitz teach at a university that I live close to, because I would love to have him as my teacher, and would love to at least go through a course in helping me put my life together. From the first few pages, its clear that Dr. Len Kravitz is truly enthusiastic about fitness and even breaks huge chunks into manageable ones, making sure that the reader isn't overwhelmed. Saying that, there are some things I wasn't really clear on: when talking about HIIT workouts and using bouts 1 and 2, in some he would mention that bouts would need to be repeated; my question is which bout, one, two or both? In addition to simple 30 minute workouts, Dr. Len Kravitz also offers numerous diet and eating strategies that are backed up by science, and yes, from the back of the book, I can see that he has done deep research, mentioning prestigious journals behind the research. I look forward to trying out the tips and am hoping that they will work in my life.
