#28 Baby Steps

I have been feeling a bit better last few weeks, which is good news I believe. At home we celebrated Passover which was fun and much better than one last year. (Baby steps everyone) my son and I ended up making a yummy chocolate matza cake which won't live until Monday. Other than that I guess nothing new.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn here at The Book Date.

Jen Vincent, Teach Mentor Texts, and Kellee of Unleashing Readers decided to give It’s Monday! a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children’s literature – picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels or anything in those genres – join them.

Paragraph:

Right now I am focusing on reading the Joe Milan Jr. book rather than Deep as Death. I definitely have mixed feelings about THE ALL-AMERICAN because while I do enjoy parts of it on one hand, on the other hand, well, I have difficulty in finding it parts where I stop and smell the roses, figuratively and literally. I also should mention that the novel is highly steroidal and extremely masculine. Nothing wrong with being masculine, but yeah, a lot of attention to certain parts of body. I don't think I expected it to be this way.
