Meet the Author:
Bob has spent more than 13 years as a wildlife conservation educator sharing information and animal encounters with audiences of all ages. He has a passion for teaching about a wide range of topics nature related, and loves passing it along to his two sons. His youngest son, Colton, was the inspiration behind The Adventures of Popcorn and Jellybean, where it all started as a simple bedtime story. Bob currently resides in Carlsbad, California, and works as a professional interpreter guide at a world renowned conservation organization.

Personal Opinion:
First of all my little boy is not yet two years of age, therefore I thought the book would be filled with more illustrations. There are illustrations, but not enough for an almost two year old monkey child. The illustrations that are in the book are bright and vivid and are of nature and animals.(My little one loves the bear picture.) The story itself is amusing as well as informative on how to survive in nature or to know some basic things. When he grows up more, I do plan on sharing this book with him if he should be into nature. Its good for older children, but not for almost two year old little boys.

Thank you for your review of our book. Much appreciated. I am glad that you will read it again to your child as he grows older. The target age for this book is aimed at middle graders, so I am sure he will probably get more from it when he reaches that age.
