Personal Opinion:

Personally I loved the book. I enjoyed the advice that the author gave when it came to love and relationships as well as a lot of personal experiences on handling the anxiety OCD and depression and how they mingle when it comes to romance. I also felt seen and heard during various times as someone who suffers from anxiety, depression and ADHD. I definitely have a feeling that this is the book I will be coming back to again and again. For those who either have the aforementioned mental quirks or whose partners have them, I am of opinion that its a highly recommended book to read and understand on how romance plays into it. Although others will disagree, I also liked the ending in the book. It seems fitting somehow and at the same time it gives hope to try again despite the obstacles surrounding the relationships.
